SA516Gr65(HIC), SA516Gr65(R-HIC) steel plate HIC test rules

SA516Gr65(HIC), SA516Gr65(R-HIC) steel plate anti-hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) test inspection rules:
1. Implement the NACE TM0284 standard and use solution A. The average value of the three samples is: CLR≤10%; CSR≤3%; CTR≤1%.

2. The NACE TM0284 standard is implemented, and the B solution is used. The average value of the three samples is: CLR≤10%; CSR≤3%; CTR≤1.5%.

PH: medium PH; CLR: crack length percentage; CSR: crack sensitivity percentage; CTR: crack thickness percentage.

SA516Gr65(HIC), SA516Gr65(R-HIC) steel plate HIC test acceptance rules:
The HIC test shall be accepted in batches, each batch consisting of SA516Gr65(HIC), SA516Gr65(R-HIC) steel plates with the same heat number, the same thickness and the same heat treatment system. When the thickness is not more than 30mm, take a set of samples, the size of the sample is plate thickness * 20mm * 100mm; when the thickness is more than 30mm, take a set of samples from the thickness of 1/2, the size of the sample is 20mm * 20mm * 100mm.
