Remarks for composition: Cr+Ni+Mo+Cu≤0.7; V+Ti+Nb≤0.05; Als can be used instead of Alt, at this time Als≥0.015; if V, Ti, Nb and other trace elements are added to the steel, the lower limit of Al content is not limited. Ceq = C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15
