The process of weathering treatment is to clean the surface of 09CuPCrNi-A steel first, and then spray a layer of weather coat solution, so some chemical elements on the surface of 09CuPCrNi-A produce electrochemical reactions to form a layer of copper, phosphorus, chromium, Nickel-iron oxide film. Then spray a layer of prepalene, prepalene is a colored mixture, including low molecular weight acrylic resin and organic solvents, because prepalene has a high ability to absorb moisture and infrared rays, it can accelerate the stabilization of the oxide film Formation. After a period of time, when the prepalene layer peels off, the solid oxide film that has been formed is enough to protect 09CuPCrNi-A from further corrosion.
