·Production process of S500MC steel :
Fore-melt → LF refining → VD treatment → continuous casting (mold casting) → cleaning, heating → rolling → stacking → inspect the surface → batch → flaw detection → heat treatment → cutting sampling → inspect the performance → warehousing.
·Cutting process of S500MC steel:
After all performance indicators of S500MC steel plate meet the requirements of factory inspection, S500MC steel plate can be cut and processed according to the cutting process. Generally, CNC plasma cutting or CNC laser cutting are preferred when the thickness of S500MC steel plate within 20mm. If the thickness of S500MC steel plate over 30mm, CNC flame cutting is usually chosen to control the accuracy and time of cutting.
