On December 28, the price of medium plate in Taiyuan market was reduced by RMB 40-50/ton. For ordinary carbon plates, the mainstream price of 8mm thickness A36 carbon steel medium plate is 4610 yuan/ton, the mainstream price of 14-20mm thickness A36 medium plate is 4360 yuan/ton. The mainstream price of 14-20mm Wenfeng carbon steel medium plate is 4450 yuan/ton. For low alloy plate, 8mm thickness Q345B low alloy steel price from BBN steel is 4790 yuan/ton. 10mm thickness Q345B low alloy steel is 4670 yuan/ton, and 20mm thick Q345B low alloy steel plate price is 4560 yuan/ton.

On the market side: today's market prices have fallen, and transactions have performed generally. The current billet prices continue to decline, leading to a downturn in market sentiment. It is expected that tomorrow’s Taiyuan market mid-board prices will fluctuate weakly.
