The key of ASTM-A283 rolling process
Firstly, a reasonable heating system should be established to strictly control the soaking temperature, heating temperature, and heating time of ASTM-A283 steel plate. Reducing the oxidation on the surface of the billet, and so as to avoid rust or watermarks.
Secondly, establishing a reasonable reduction system, and adopting a rolling method of cross control to strictly control the reduction system of each step such as rough rolling and finish rolling.
Thirdly, different product Thickness of A283 steel plates have their specific temperature.Cooling must be carried out after A283 steel plate is rolled, and the temperature of cutting A283 steel plates should be controlled below 200 ℃.
Finally, A283 steel plate should be cut at right angles, the issue of cutting defects is not allowed.
