The key of A588GrA rolling process:
Firstly, a reasonable heating system should be established to strictly control the soaking temperature, heating temperature, and heating time of A588GrA steel plate. Reducing the oxidation on the surface of the billet, and so as to avoid rust or watermarks.

Secondly, establishing a reasonable reduction system, and adopting a rolling method of cross control to strictly control the reduction system of each step such as rough rolling and finish rolling.

Thirdly, different product Thickness of A588GrA steel plates have their specific temperature.Cooling must be carried out after A588GrA steel plate is rolled, and the temperature of cutting A588GrA steel plates should be controlled below 200 ℃.

Finally, A588GrA steel plate should be cut at right angles, the issue of cutting defects is not allowed.
