Because the thickness tolerance of the cold-rolled sheet is relatively uniform, the deformation is uniform during the forming process. In the process of seamless pipe rolling, affected by factors such as equipment accuracy and material function, there are problems of uneven thickness and concentricity, but the roundness is better than that of welded pipes.

3. Function, the uniformity of the stainless steel welded pipe is better, the surface quality is better, and the pipe expansion function is better. The uniformity of functions of cold-rolled plates is better than that of pipes, and welded pipes generally use on-line solid solution, uniform heat treatment, and more stable performance.

4. Appropriate in corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, the welds meet the material requirements. If there is no heat-treated stainless steel welded pipe, the corrosion resistance function will be greatly reduced compared with the stainless steel seamless pipe.

5. The pressure is different. Under the same standard conditions, stainless steel seamless pipes can withstand higher pressures than welded pipes.

6. The price is different. In general, stainless steel seamless pipes are more expensive than welded pipes. But it also has the following characteristics: if it is a thick-walled pipe, it is suitable to use seamless pipe, if it is a thin-walled pipe, it is suitable to use welded pipe.

7. Because the stainless steel welded pipe is made of stainless steel plate, the processing is relatively simple, so the delivery time is shorter. The stainless steel seamless pipe starts from the round steel, and then undergoes multiple passes of cold drawing/cold rolling after perforation. The production cycle is longer.
