SA537/SA537M steel plate is heat treated carbon manganese silicon steel plate for American standard pressure vessels.

SA537/SA537M steel plate can undergo flaw detection: also known as ultrasonic inspection, it is a testing method for the internal quality of steel plates, and can also detect internal defects such as hidden cracks, pores, sand holes, and impurities in the metal.

SA537/SA537M heat treatment status: A537 CL2 and A537 CL3, both of which are delivered using quenching and tempering (A537/A537M-95), while A537 CL1 steel plate is delivered using normalizing.
Normalizing: N: Heat the steel plate to a suitable temperature and cool it in air.
Quenching: Q: Heat and insulate the steel plate before rapid cooling in a medium such as water, oil, or other inorganic salts.
Tempering: T: Holding the steel plate at an appropriate temperature for a long time can help cool it down.

SA537/SA537M is divided into three levels: roughly divided into three levels: SA537 CL1/SA537M CL1, SA537 CL2/SA537M CL2, and SA537 CL3/SA537M CL3.

SA537/SA537M steel plates can undergo cold bending tests according to user requirements.
