Q420NC steel plate for general structure and engineering

Q420NC steel plate is a low alloy high-strength structural steel plate for general structure and engineering. The executive standard: GB/T1591-2018. The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of Q420NC hot-rolled steel plate shall comply with GB/T709.

Q420NC steel plate purpose: manufacturing plant, general construction and various engineering machinery, such as drilling machines, shovels, electric wheel dumpers, mining cars, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, coal mine hydraulic supports and other mechanical equipment and other structural members for mine and various engineering construction.

Chemical composition of Q420NC steel plate:
Carbon C: no more than 0.2, Silicon Si: no more than 0.6, Manganese Mn: 1.0-1.7, Phosphorus P: no more than 0.03, Sulfur S: no more than 0.03, Nb: 0.01-0.05, Vanadium V: 0.01-0.2, Titanium: 0.006-0.05, Chromium Cr: no more than 0.3, Ni: no more than 0.8, Copper Cu: no more than 0.4, Mo: no more than 0.1

Q420NC steel plate mechanical properties:
Yield strength: no less than 320 Mpa
Tensile strength: 500-680 Mpa
Elongation: not less than 18 %

Q420NC steel plate heat treatment:
Q420NC steel plate is usually heat treated in normalized and normalized rolling state, and the steel plate shall be delivered by shearing or flame cutting.
