Production process flow and delivery status of 13MnNiMoR-Z15 steel plate
13MnNiMoR-Z15, in which 13 is the carbon content component of 0.13%, Mn is the chemical element manganese, Ni is the chemical element nickel, Mo is the chemical element molybdenum, R is the initial letter of the container plate, and Z15 is the Z-direction property of the steel plate. Executive standard of 13MnNiMoR-Z15: GB713.
Production process flow of 13MnNiMoR-Z15 steel plate:
Electric furnace smelting → LF/VD furnace refining → ingot casting → ingot cleaning → ingot heating → plate rolling → flaw detection → normalizing → tempering → steel plate grinding → flaw detection → cutting and sampling → performance inspection → warehousing.
13MnNiMoR-Z15 steel plate dimension, shape, weight and allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T709, and the allowable thickness deviation shall comply with Category B deviation of GB/T709.
13MnNiMoR-Z15 steel plate delivery status: hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing, normalizing+tempering, tempering, annealing, quenching and tempering, etc; 13MnNiMoR-Z15 steel plate with thickness greater than 60mm can be delivered in annealed or tempered state, and -20 impact test can be conducted.
