Post-weld treatment of 20Cr steel
The weldability of 20Cr alloy steel is poor, and it is not easy to solder at room temperature. Stress annealing should be done immediately after welding of 20Cr steel, and the temperature of stress annealing should not be too high or too low, it should not be higher than 600 degrees and not lower than 450 degrees.
It is best to preheat the parts before welding of 20Cr steel, and to avoid drafts during the welding process. After welding of 20Cr steel, heat treatment and cold working should be carried out to eliminate welding stress and improve the strength of welded joints. After cold working, pickling and polishing should be carried out to ensure that the surface of the welded joint for 20Cr steel is smooth and beautiful.
It should be noted that when welding 20Cr steel, the correct welding process and welding materials must be followed to ensure the quality and strength of the welded joint. At the same time, pay attention to safety during the welding process of 20Cr steel and wear necessary protective equipment to avoid accidents such as inhalation of harmful gases and burns.
