Firstly, pretreatment of molten iron is carried out. By injecting magnesium powder, the sulfur content can be reduced, which provides the basis for subsequent converter slag-reducing refining;
The next step is converter smelting technology. Automated steelmaking can greatly improve the hit rate of SG365 molten steel composition and temperature. The billet adopts dynamic soft reduction technology to minimize segregation, porosity, shrinkage cavity, etc, and improve the solidification quality of the slab core.
Finally, pay attention to protecting the casting strand from oxidation during the pouring process, and electromagnetic stirring can be used to make the inclusions float.
