07MnMoVR steel plate is a quenched and tempered high-strength steel plate for pressure vessels.
Mechanical properties of 07MnMoVR pressure vessel steel plate:
Thickness: 10mm-60mm
Yield strength: greater than 490 Mpa
Tensile strength: 610-730 Mpa
Elongation after fracture: greater than 17 %
Temperature: -20 degrees
Impact absorption energy: greater than 80 KV2/J
Bending test: d=3a (b=2a)
Delivery status of 07MnMoVR steel plate:
07MnMoVR steel plates should be delivered in a quenched and tempered heat treatment state, with a tempering temperature not less than 600℃;
Quenching: After heating and insulation the steel plate, it is quickly cooled in a medium such as water, oil, or other inorganic salts.
Tempering: Holding the steel plate at an appropriate temperature for a long time before cooling.
07MnMoVR steel plate uses electric furnace steelmaking, which is made from scrap iron. 07MnMoVR steel is pure and widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power plants, and boilers.
