Measures to reduce cracking of 51CrV4 steel
In order to reduce the cracking phenomenon at the end of 51CrV4 steel, it is recommended to take the following measures:
1.Control the cooling of 51CrV4 steel after rolling, take appropriate measures for slow cooling, reduce the cooling rate of 51CrV4 steel and control it within a reasonable range, and inhibit the formation of bainite structure;
2.Increase the shear temperature of 51CrV4 steel;
