Knowledge about NM450 wear-resistant plate welding
(1) Preheating measures are taken before welding to ensure that the preheating temperature of NM450 wear-resistant steel plate is ≥ 200 °C.
(2) The NM450 wear-resistant plate should be cleaned of oil, rust and other dirt within the range of 30~50 mm from both sides of the groove before welding.
(3) It is recommended to use low-hydrogen and ultra-low-hydrogen welding materials for welding NM450 wear-resistant plate. Solid wire is recommended for CO2 welding, Low-strength welding materials are not prone to low-temperature cracking (hydrogen-induced cracking).
(4) Dry the manual arc welding electrode of the NM450 wear-resistant plate at 350 ℃, keep it warm for 1~2 hours after the drying temperature reaches, and take it as needed.
(5) In the process of welding NM450 wear-resistant plates, control the temperature between welding layers to be ≥200°C.
(6) After welding, take asbestos insulation for the NM450 wear-resistant plate weld to make it cool slowly.
