Galvanizing process of Q195 steel
Galvanized Q195 is hot-dip galvanized on the surface of Q195 steel, because Q195 is a steel grade named after yield strength, yield strength ≤ 195Mpa, Q195 steel has the characteristics of low hardness, low strength, good toughness, plastic material, ferrite metallographic structure, and easy to rust. In order to protect the Q195 steel, a layer of zinc alloy is plated to isolate air and pollution. Zinc has good anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties. Q195 hot rolling is a steel product that is heated and rolled from Q195 steel ingots.
Galvanizing belongs to hot dipping. One of the specific processes is to melt zinc in the galvanizing tank, and pass the rolled Q195 steel coil continuously through the galvanizing tank, and the melted zinc is directly attached to both sides of Q195 steel coil to be directly processed into a galvanized coil, which is hot-dip galvanizing; another processing is to directly heat the galvanized sheet transported from the hot tank to about 500 degrees Celsius, so that the iron element in the carbon alloy sheet reacts with zinc to form a zinc-iron alloy film, which makes the coating stronger and the surface smoother.
