Cutting method of NM450 wear plate (2)
In the previous article, we described two cutting methods for NM450 wear-resistant plates. In this article, we will write down the cutting methods of NM450 wear-resistant plates with CNC cutting machines.
CNC cutting machine cutting methods are mainly divided into four types:
1.CNC flame cutting machine. The movement of the machine tool is driven by a digital program, equipped with a flame cutting system, and the numerical control system is used to control the switch of the flame cutting system to cut metal materials such as NM450 wear-resistant plates.
2.CNC plasma cutting machine. The workpiece instructions (or programs) used to control machine tools or equipment are a new control method given in digital form. When this instruction is provided to the control device of the CNC automatic cutting machine, the cutting machine can automatically cut the NM450 wear-resistant plate according to the given program.
3.CNC gasoline cutting machine, which uses gasoline to incinerate NM450 wear-resistant plates for cutting. Due to its high degree of automation, it can cut and blank special-shaped parts of NM450 wear-resistant plates. CNC gasoline cutting has become more and more popular in recent years.
4.Contact cutting. It means that the torch is in direct contact with the surface of the NM450 wear-resistant plate. This method is very suitable for thin plates with a thickness below 6mm, which has the characteristics of fast cutting speed, narrow kerf and small deformation. But because the torch and the surface of the NM450 wear-resistant plate are in contact, the space becomes very limited, and the heat source is in the limited space, so it will cause damage to the cutting nozzle , thus affecting the service life of the cutting nozzle. so contact cutting is not suitable for thick plate cutting of NM450 wear-resistant plate.
5. Non-contact cutting. Its torch and the surface of NM450 wear-resistant plate keep a certain distance, so it is suitable for cutting thick plates above 8mm. The torch is external, so its overall cooling effect is better than that of the contact type. But Non-contact cutting is not suitable for thin plate cutting of NM450 wear plate.
