The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the Q390D steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T709.

The Q390D steel plate chemical composition should comply with the regulations of GB/T1591, and the S content of the Z-direction steel plate should comply with the regulations of GB/T5313.

When the thickness is less than or equal to 50mm, Ceq is less than or equal to 0.45%; when the thickness is greater than 50mm, Ceq is less than or equal to 0.47%.

Melting analysis welding crack sensitivity index Pcm:
When the thickness is less than or equal to 50mm, Ceq is less than or equal to 0.29%; when the thickness is greater than 50mm, Ceq is less than or equal to 0.30%.

Delivery status of Q390D steel plate: normalizing heat treatment.

When the Q390D steel plate thickness is less than 100mm, the required performance level in the thickness direction is Z25; when the thickness is ≥100mm, the required performance level in the thickness direction is Z35, which should meet the requirements of GB/T5313.
