Basic requirements for ordering WearTuf 450 wear-resistant steel plate:
1. Ultrasonic testing
According to the standard EN10160, all WearTuf 450 steel plates with thickness ≥ 6mm are subject to ultrasonic testing, and the results meet the requirements of Class E1 and S1.

2. Delivery status
The delivery status of WearTuf 450 wear-resistant steel plate is quenched (Q) or quenched+tempered (QT).

3. Tolerances
The thickness tolerance of WearTuf 450 wear-resistant steel plate meets and is superior to the requirements of EN10029 Class A. The shape, length and width tolerance of steel plate shall meet the requirements of EN10029. The flatness tolerance meets and is superior to the requirements of EN10029 Class S.

4. Surface quality
The surface quality of the delivered steel plate meets and is superior to the requirements of EN 10163-2 Class A and Subclass 3. The delivered steel plate shall be painted with low-zinc silicic acid antirust shop primer. If the customer requires, it can not be painted.

5. Hardness guarantee value
Surface hardness: 425-475HBW, according to EN ISO 6506-1, the Brinell hardness of the surface shall be tested after the steel plate surface is milled to a depth of 0.5-2.0mm.

Minimum center hardness: steel plate thickness ≤ 20mm, minimum guaranteed value of surface hardness, 425HBW; Steel plate thickness>20mm, 95% of the minimum guaranteed value of surface hardness.

6. Heat treatment
When the ambient temperature exceeds 250℃, the performance of the steel plate in the delivery state cannot be guaranteed, so WearTuf 450 is not suitable for processing or application with the temperature exceeding 250℃.
