Application and advantages of wear plate NM360 NM400 NM500
Wear plates NM360 NM400 NM500 are used in the steel industry. Such as: chute, sieve plate, coal bunker, hopper, etc.
Wear resistant steel plates NM360 NM400 NM500 are used in the cement industry. Such as: clinker sliding slope, converging pulverizer wall plate, cyclone separator, fan, etc.
Wear plates NM360 NM400 NM500 are used in power plants. Such as: fans, pipes, coal mills, linings, vibrating feeders.
The advantages of wear plate NM360 NM400 NM500 are:
1. High wear resistance: The wear test shows that the wear resistance of the wear-resistant composite plate is 12-18 times higher than that of low-carbon steel, 5 times higher than that of stainless steel and high manganese steel, and 1 times higher than that of as-cast high-chromium iron.
2. High impact resistance: Due to the use of mild steel substrates, the wear-resistant composite plate has high impact resistance, which fully reflects the advantages of both wear-resistant and impact-resistant composite materials. This is beyond the reach of as-cast wear-resistant materials.
3. Convenient processing performance: The wear-resistant cladding composite plate can be cold-formed, rolled, and cut by plasma cutting, which can easily tailor the wear-resistant composite plate to the surface of the worn parts.
4. High performance and price ratio: Although the cost of using wear-resistant surfacing composite plates is increased, considering the service life of the parts, maintenance costs, downtime losses, etc., its performance-price ratio is about 2-4 times higher than that of ordinary materials. Due to the reasonable utilization of materials, the price of the wear-resistant surfacing composite plate is 50% lower than that of manual surfacing of the same material.
