A515 Gr 70 steel plates in thickness of 40 mm [1.5 in] or under it normally supplied in as-rolled condition. In case require normalized or stress relieved shall be informed before the order.

A515 Gr 70 carbon steel plate is excellent at low temperature and have good results on standard Charpy V Notch toughness tests. A516 70 is according to the ASTM standard A516/A516M .
