The technical conditions apply to plates of A514GrQ with thickness not more than 150mm. (8mm-150mm)
Adopt standard:
ASTM A514/A514M Standard Specification for High-Yield-Strength, Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel Plate, Suitable for Welding.
Thickness tolerance: +/-1.52mm
Flatness: 4mm/m
Surface shot blasting or peeled.
The third party inspection:
The chemical composition, tensile test and Charpy -V impact test for plates of A514GrQ shall be witnessed by surveyor of ABS.
Delivery conditions
The delivery conditions for plates of A514GrQ shall be: Quenching +Tempering.
