20MnMoR is a steel plate for boilers and pressure vessels, which is used to manufacture pressure vessels for petrochemical, gas separation and gas storage and transportation equipment.

20MnMoR steel plate delivery status: normalized + tempered

Chemical composition of 20MnMoR steel plate:
Carbon C: 0.17-0.23, Silicon Si: 0.17-0.37, Manganese Mn: 1.10-1.40, Phosphorus P: Not more than 0.025, Sulfur S: Not more than 0.01, Chromium Cr: 0.30, Nickel Ni: 0.30, Molybdenum Mo: 0.20- 0.35, Aluminum Al: 0.25, Copper Cu: 0.25, Vanadium V: 0.02

Mechanical properties of 20MnMoR steel plate:
20MnMoR tensile strength: not less than 370
20MnMoR yield strength: 530-680
20MnMoR area shrinkage: not less than 18

20MnMoR steel plate is used to manufacture pressure vessel components and important forgings at -40℃~470℃.
