19Mn6 high temperature structural steel is equivalent to Chinese standard Q345R and European standard P355GH. 19Mn6 high temperature and high pressure boiler steel plate is mainly used for the manufacture of power plant boiler drum, and the production is organized according to the requirements of DIN17155 specification.

Production process of 19Mn6 pressure vessel steel plate: electric furnace training - LF essence - VD vacuum treatment - die casting - ingot heating - rolling - normalizing - tempering - flaw detection - steel plate cutting inspection - warehousing.

C: 0.15-0.22, Si: 0.30-0.60, Mn: 1.00-1.60, P: 0.035, S: 0.030, Al: ≥0.020
Cr: ≤0.25, Mo: ≤0.10, Cu: 0.30, Nb: 0.01, Ni: 0.30, Ti: 0.03, V:0.03

Delivery status of 19Mn6 pressure vessel steel plate:
19Mn6 steel is usually delivered in normalized condition. According to the special agreement when ordering, 19Mn6 vessel steel plate can also be delivered in non treated condition.
