17MnNiNbVDR plate is a cryogenic vessel steel plate. The surface of the 17MnNiNbVDR steel plate is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, bubbles, scars, folds and inclusions. The steel plate shall not be delaminated.

17MnNiNbVDR steel plate technical conditions:
The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the steel plate shall comply with the provisions of the GB/T 709 standard.
Thickness deviation shall be implemented according to Category B or Category C of GB/T709, which shall be indicated in the contract.
The surface quality of the steel plate meets the requirements of GB3274
The packaging, marking and quality certificate of the steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T247.
