15MnNiNbDR steel plate for low temperature pressure vessels

15MnNiNbDR is a plate used for low temperature pressure vessels under -50°C, especially for low temperature spherical tanks and high parameter low temperature cylindrical vessels. Performance standard: GB3531. Delivery condition: normalizing and tempering. Impact temperature of 15MnNiDR steel plate: -45°C.

Chemical composition of 15MnNiDR steel plate:
C: ≤0.18; Si: 0.15-0.50; Mn: 1.20-1.60; P: ≤0.020；S: ≤0.010; Ni: 0.30-0.70; Nb: 0.01-0.04; Al: ≤0.015; Cr: ≤0.45.
Composition remarks: Cr, Mo and Cu are residual elements; In order to improve the function of steel plate, Nb, V, Ti and other elements can be added to the steel, and Nb+V+Ti ≤ 0.12.

36-60mm: ≥350

Tensile strength of 15MnNiNbDR steel plate:
8-16mm: 530-630；
16-36mm: 530-630；
36-60mm: 520-620
