12MnNiVR steel plate for large oil storage tank
12MnNiVR plate is a steel plate for large oil storage tank. The technical conditions for the production of 12MnNiVR steel plate are formulated on the basis of GB19189 standard and the design requirements of relevant design institutes for steel plates. Compared with the Japanese standard JIS G3115 SPV490Q, the crack sensitivity coefficient Pcm is reduced, which is more conducive to steel plate welding; The sampling direction of impact test is changed from longitudinal to transverse, the impact temperature is changed from -10°C to -15°C or lower, and the impact energy is improved.
The size, shape, quality and allowable deviation of 12MnNiVR steel plate shall comply with GB19189 and GB/T709.
The unevenness of the steel plate along the width direction: no more than 6/1000 for steel plates with a thickness of 20 mm or more, and no more than 8/1000 for steel plates with a thickness of less than 20 mm. In addition, the negative deviation of steel plate thickness is 0, and the thickness tolerance zone moves up 0.25mm as a whole.
The theoretical mass calculation method of 12MnNiVR steel plate is 0.125mm higher than the added value of thickness specified in GB19189.
