The grain size is not coarser than grade 5; the steel plate is not a metal inclusion sulfide type (A type), alumina type (B type), silicate type (C type) and spherical oxide type (D type), single Particle spherical type (DS type) shall not be greater than grade 1.5, and shall satisfy A+C≤2.0, B+D+DS≤2.0, and the total number≤4.0.
