A36 steel plate characteristics

Chemical composition of A36 steel plate

The chemical composition of A36 steel plate mainly includes carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) and other elements, the specific content is as follows (different sources of data may be slightly different, but the approximate range is the same) :

Manganese (Mn) 0.6% ~ 0.9%

Sulfur (S) ≤0.05%

Copper (Cu) When Cu is required, it should be more than 0.20% (but not all A36 steel plates include this requirement)

Delivery status of A36 steel plate
