Cold rolling process of QSTE420TM steel
The cold rolling of QSTE420TM steel usually adopts longitudinal rolling, and the production process of cold rolling generally includes raw material preparation, pickling, rolling, degreasing, annealing (heat treatment), finishing, etc.
The cold rolling of QSTE420TM steel uses hot-rolled products as raw materials, and the raw materials must be dephosphorized before cold rolling to ensure that the surface of QSTE420TM steel is clean. Rolling is the main process for deforming QSTE420TM steel. The purpose of degreasing is to remove the lubricating grease attached to QSTE420TM steel during rolling, so as to avoid polluting the surface of QSTE420TM steel during annealing, and also to prevent carburization of stainless steel. Annealing includes intermediate annealing and finished product heat treatment. Intermediate annealing is to eliminate the work hardening caused by cold deformation through recrystallization, so as to restore the plasticity of the material and reduce the deformation resistance of the metal. Usually, the heating temperature of QSTE420TM steel annealing is 500~550℃, and the holding time is 2~8h.
