Performance characteristics of 30CrMnSiA steel plate
30CrMnSiA steel plate is a medium carbon quenched and tempered steel with high strength and poor welding performance. After quenching and tempering, 30CrMnSiA steel has high strength, satisfactory resistance, and good hardenability. After quenching and tempering, the 30CrMnSiA material can be used for grinding wheel shafts, gears, and sprockets. 30CrMnSiA has excellent machinability, fine processing deformation and good fatigue resistance. It is used for various special wear-resistant parts of cars and airplanes, shaft and piston parts, etc.
Chemical composition of 30CrMnSiA steel plate:
Grade | C | Si | Mn | S | P | Cr | Ni | Cu |
30CrMnSiA | 0.28-0.34 | 0.90-1.20 | 0.80-1.1 | ≤0.025 | ≤0.025 | 0.80-1.10 | ≤0.030 | ≤0.025 |
Mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiA steel plate:
Grade | Tensile strength | Yield strength | Elongation | Impact energy | Impact resistance value | Hardness |
30CrMnSiA | ≥1080(110) | ≥835(85) | ≥10 | ≥39 | ≥49(5) | ≤229HB |
30CrMnSiA steel heat treatment specification: quenching at 880℃, oil cooling; tempering at 540℃, water cooling, oil cooling.
