NM600 wear-resistant steel plate has good heat resistance

"NM600," "NM" refers to a wear-resistant plate, with the initial letter beginning with the words "resistant" and "abrasive". 600 is the Brinell hardness value HB. The level is higher than NM500, NM450, NM400, and NM360.

Delivery status of NM600 wear-resistant steel plate: quenched and tempered.

Chemical composition of NM600 wear-resistant steel plate:

C Si Mn P S Ni Cr Mo Ti B Als
≤0.45 ≤0.7 ≤1.9 ≤0.02 ≤0.01 ≤1 ≤1.5 ≤0.8 ≤0.05 0.0005-0.0006 ≥0.01

Hardness of NM600 steel plate:
Thickness 6-60 mm
Brinell hardness ≥ 570

NM600 wear-resistant steel plate has good heat resistance:
The alloy wear-resistant layer is recommended for use under conditions ≤600. If vanadium, molybdenum, and other alloys are added to the alloy wear-resistant layer, it can withstand high-temperature wear of ≤800. The recommended temperature for use is as follows: ordinary carbon steel substrates are recommended for use under conditions not higher than 380; Low alloy heat resistant steel plates (15CrMo, 12Cr1MOV, etc.) are recommended for use under conditions not higher than 540; The heat-resistant stainless steel substrate is recommended for use under operating conditions not higher than 800.

NM600 wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance, and can be used for cutting, bending, welding, etc. It can be connected to other structures by welding, plug welding, bolt connection, etc. It has the characteristics of saving time and convenience in the process of maintenance on-site, and is widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electricity, glass, mining, building materials, brick and tile industries.
