Melting process of Q195 carbon steel

The technological process of Q195 carbon steel smelting usually includes the following steps:
1. Raw material preparation: Screen and pretreat high-quality raw materials such as pig iron and scrap steel to ensure that the quality of raw materials meets the requirements.

2. Steelmaking: Put the pretreated raw materials into the steelmaking furnace, and convert them into Q195 molten steel by heating at high temperature and adding steelmaking agents (such as oxidizing agents and reducing agents).

3. Tapping: After the temperature of Q195 molten steel reaches the requirement, Q195 molten steel is taken out of the furnace for preliminary compositional analysis and temperature control. Then, Q195 molten steel is poured into a continuous casting machine to become a slab or billet.

4. Finished product processing: After cooling and solidifying, the steel billet needs to undergo a series of processing operations, such as rolling, stretching, forging, quenching, etc., to finally obtain Q195 carbon steel products that meet the requirements.
