Cleaning and surface treatment of NM500 abrasion resistant steel plate

In the cleaning and preheating process of NM500 abrasion resistant steel plate, first, before spraying (casting) treatment, the cleaning method is used to remove the grease and scale on the surface of NM500 abrasion resistant steel plate, and the tube body is preheated to 40%- 60℃, and keep the surface of NM500 abrasion resistant steel plate dry. During spraying (projection) treatment, since the surface of NM500 abrasion resistant steel plate does not contain grease and other dirt, it can enhance the effect of rust removal. The surface of dry abrasion resistant steel plate is also conducive to the separation of steel shot, steel grit, rust and oxide scale, which can make the surface of NM500 abrasion resistant steel plate after rust removal more cleaner.
